Yeah, it’s really tragic. When I first heard about it, to be honest, I didn’t recognize the name at first. Maybe because when I was told, the person who told me didn’t know his last name. But, when I did found out, it was too hard to believe.
I remember meeting you in 7th grade. I was still trying to figure out who I was back then because of the new environment known as public school. Hey, whatsup. We always talked during P.E. because we sat right next to each other at the beginning of the period in Mrs. Carters class. No lie, you’ve got some dope personality. I liked your dry humor with a pinch of warmheartedness. I felt welcomed and..not awkward around you. I WAS AWKWARD BACK THEN. Thanks for your consideration, bro. Though we didn’t hang out much after that year, it was cool seeing you time to time in high school. Sometimes, I would pass by you on the sidewalk during Cross Country. Without a single glance, I would pass you by, and I could only blame my impatient self trying to finish the workout as fast as I could. Still, it was a blast, and no one should EVER feel this way. It just sucks how much of a caring guy you were in everyone’s eyes, yet you didn’t view yourself that way, which gave you the idea to take your own life. Was it really the only solution? Did you tell anyone? These questions ran through my head the second I got the message. Rumor or not, this is crazy. All I can do, we can do is pray for your family and love ones right now, ‘cause they’re probably suffering from this terrible loss. It’s sad how the loss of a life is what it takes for us to realize how much we take for granted. Thanks man. *sigh
